Developing a mobile feedback app to drive change in maternal healthcare.
Care2Share is a mobile service for new mothers to give feedback on quality of care at maternity clinics.
We worked together with Indian NGO Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) to develop Care2Share. The service collects data based on recognised standards for quality intrapartum care, empowering users to contribute to change in maternal health services. The project team collaborated with women and health practitioners to jointly create a feedback solution to improve the quality of care during childbirth. The service offers a transparent, data-driven tool to inform efforts to improve quality of care at the facility and government levels.
