April 17, 2026

Muskan Jain is a Product/UX Designer and facilitator based in Amsterdam, with over eight years of experience designing digital products across education, media, AI, and smart home systems. Born and raised in New Delhi, she was trained at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, before completing an MSc in Digital Design at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Her practice bridges rigorous craft fundamentals with a research-driven, human-centred approach.

She designs with intention — creating experiences that help people focus on what truly matters to them. Her work spans interaction design, visual systems, motion graphics, and facilitation, with a particular focus on accessibility and ethical design. She has led design across organisations including Havells India, Infosys Digital, KATHA, and the Digital Society School, and is an experienced speaker and workshop facilitator — having presented at the Dutch Parliament’s Digital Affairs Committee, delivered a keynote at Society 5.0 Festival, facilitated sessions at UXCamp Amsterdam, and most recently spoken as an invited lecturer at the Symposium: Care Access, hosted by LUCA School of Arts at Museum Tot Zover, Amsterdam.

Her master’s project, Memory Ball — an embedded generative AI memory device developed for Hogeschool van Amsterdam – HvA Wibauthuis (WBH) — was featured in the ThingsCon State of Responsible Technology 2025 report. Her research paper Conversations That Matter was accepted and presented at RSD14, OCAD University. Muskan believes in design by doing — an iterative, collaborative philosophy rooted in the real lives and needs of the people she designs for.
