Welcome George Khisa, our new Programme Manager

At Scope Impact, George, based in Kenya, leads in-country coordination and programme delivery for climate and health initiatives, supporting partner collaboration, operational oversight, and implementation. He brings nearly two decades of experience designing and managing multi-country development programmes across East and Central Africa, with expertise in health promotion, youth development, inclusive economic participation, and institutional systems strengthening.

George has held senior programme leadership roles within donor and non-profit organisations, including at USAID Kenya and East Africa, overseeing large regional portfolios and engaging regional bodies, governments, civil society, academic institutions, and private sector partners to deliver sustainable, locally led initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Education, Health Promotion, and International Development from the University of London.
