Scope Impact has officially launched the project to develop the Climate x Health Adaptation and Resilience Tool (CHART) with partners in India and Kenya. Over the course of four dynamic days in Nairobi, our team worked closely with core partners, PATH and CHAI,  to lay the foundation for this important initiative.

The sessions explored CHART’s human-centered design approach, provided valuable insights into climate and health policies in both countries, addressed data and technology requirements, and highlighted key maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) priorities in the context of climate change.

Together, we aligned on the project’s gender-responsive approach, timeline, phases, and activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully synchronized as we move forward into country and district level co-design and testing activities. We are immensely grateful for the dedication and expertise of our team and partners, whose commitment is crucial to the success of this project.

Stay tuned for updates as we progress in developing this innovative adaptation solution at the intersection of climate and health.
