Welcome Dr. Swati Mahajan, our new Chief Programmes Officer

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Swati Mahajan as Chief Programmes Officer at Scope Impact, where she will lead the implementation and scale-up of Scope Impact’s climate and health initiatives, while strengthening partnerships and driving systems innovation across geographies to deliver sustained impact. As part of the senior leadership team, she will play a key role in advancing our mission to build climate-resilient and equitable health systems.

Dr. Swati brings over 17 years of experience in public health, with deep expertise in health systems strengthening, primary healthcare, human resources for health, and climate- health. Previously she has held senior leadership roles at PATH and Jhpiego, where she led regional and national efforts delivering large-scale, high-impact programmes on comprehensive primary healthcare and health systems strengthening.
