Welcome Rishabh Singh, our new Operations Lead

Rishabh Singh is an operations and strategy professional with over two decades of experience spanning public health, healthcare management, social enterprises, and organisational transformation. As Chief Operating Officer at SEWA’s Centre of Excellence, he led the operational strengthening and scaling of multi-sector women-led enterprises across India through systems design, digital integration, and performance management. He previously worked on hospital operations and service excellence at Apollo Hospitals and contributes to global initiatives through the International Working Group for Health Systems Strengthening led by global healthcare professionals across 6 WHO regions.

He combines systems thinking, data-driven execution, and human-centred design to build resilient, scalable programmes.
